the new version won't let me log into my credit union
since you made me upgrade to the new version of 34.0, I can't log into my credit union. So I have to go to the old version of 33.1 and its fine. So what are you people doing that blocks my credit union when you have no right to do that??

hello jim0310pa, in order to help you here it's necessary to provide more details about the actual issue. what exactly isn't working, do you get any error messages (what do they state exactly), on which url is this happening, and so on...?
This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked.
- check the permissions on the about:permissions page and in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"
Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

It says this....
Unable to Connect Securely
Firefox cannot guarantee the safety of your data on me.targetcu.org because it uses SSLv3, a broken security protocol. Advanced info: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap Learn More…
I tried all that was listed below in other email and doesn't work now I have to keep 33.1 on and cant use the new version because you people did something to block my credit union site. You really need to figure out why Thanks
hello, ssl3.0 encrypted connections can be no longer considered secure since an attack vector against them ("POODLE") has become known. please contact the webmaster in charge of the site and urge them to update their encryption to something contemporary - especially if it involves financial transactions! https://blog.mozilla.org/security/2014/10/14/the-poodle-attack-and-the-end-of-ssl-3-0/
if you want to re-enable ssl 3.0 in firefox you can do that - however keep the consequences in mind, that you will become vulnerable to the attack mentioned above: enter about:config into the firefox address bar (confirm the info message in case it shows up) & search for the preference named security.tls.version.min. double-click it, change its value to 0 and restart the browser.
After you are done with site you should reset the mentioned security.tls.version.min preference to default as otherwise you may not know you are using the vulnerable SSL 3.0 as minimum on other sites that you thought was secure and safe.
A better alternative may be https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ssl-version-control/ as you can change it to SSL 3.0 when you really must need to.
