I was recovering from a virus event using Kaspersky Pure 2.0 and it seemed to be detecting viruses in some emails and was asking me one at a time for a response. It also asked if I wanted to delete all emails of a certain kind or something and I foolishly responded yes, thinking that I was only deleting more similar emails. All the prior ones were obvious frauds. Instead, it deleted my entire inbox. It did not delete my junk or my sent emails. My ISP says they cannot help me. Is there a way to recover my inbox using thunderbird, or, if you know, using Kaspersky? Thank you.

definitely a job for Kaspersky support. B ut I would hazard a guess they wil not be able to recover the data they deleted.

If it is any consolation, you are not alone. It is not an uncommon scenario.
