Unfortunately this seems to be out of the scope for this forum, which is for Firefox specific help and support. I can give you some tips though:

If you have a computer that is infected by malware, try running through the software listed at Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware. If that fails to fix the issue (it will fix most simple malware, more advanced stuff my slip by), http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/22/virus-trojan-spyware-and-malware-removal-logs/

As for him being in your phones and e-mails, I would suggest using another computer (one that is not infected) to change every password for every service you have accessed on your infected computer. I would also call a reputable local repair shop and clearly explain what symptoms you are seeing that make you think he is in your phone.

Contact your cel provider and see about changing your phone number. Also, shut down all external communication to the web (bluetooth, WiFi . . . . .).

There are anti-virus available for cel phones.
