Many times when I launch Firefox (v. 48.0), a second tab opens automatically and it is directed to the noscript page, which happens to be right now https://noscript.net/?ver=2.9.0.14&prev=2.9.0.13. I don't want this, the focus changes to that page even if I am right in teh middle of typing in an URL in the tab that I launched. It is very annoying.
