Unable to sign in, does not recognize any password, and does not send a link to reset the password. Adove Flash plugin continues to crash, I am unable to correct this problem using the "Prevent it from happening again" instructions. Have refreshed Firefox, and reinstalled Adobe Firefox to no avail.

What site are you having trouble with?

Such e-mail is always sent to the address on file with the website.

Check your user profile at the site.


If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drivers
