Ever since the last update a couple days ago, I get this when I hit send. Sometimes it takes one more try, sometimes multiple tries. How do I fix this?

Sending of the message failed. The Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.east.cox.net does not support the selected authentication method. Please change the 'Authentication method' in 'Account Settings | Outgoing Server (SMTP)'

Check with your email provider what the supported authentication method is, and compare that with your setting.
