This morning when I launch Firefox it won't load any pages, and is permanently stuck on "looking for updates" according to the Options page. I have made no changes since yesterday, nothing added or taken away, no changes to the system - it's just decided to get stuck on opening. I have repeatedly closed and re-opened, also done a full reboot - no help. It just seems to be stuck in "update searching" mode and refuses to load any pages at all. Other browsers all working fine.

PS - it's not blocked in firewall or anything like that. Everything else is working normally. Just started doing this randomly this morning.
