Outlook.live in Firefox has stopped offering "download" option when opening attachment.

more options

I use Outlook.live for my business email account. When someone sends a PDF attachment, I am usually offered three options when I click the down arrow: (1) Preview; (2) Download; (3) Save to OneDrive (I never use this one). I always choose (2) Download so that I can view it as a PDF, save it to the File on my computer, and then print it (if necessary). About a week ago (today being 12/26/2019), I noticed that the Download option has disappeared. To be sure it wasn't an Outlook.live problem, I opened the email account in Explorer and in Google where the options seem to be all good. Now, I know I can choose preview and then download from there, but then I have to take extra steps to save and print. So, what happened?

I don't know why the site doesn't generate that menu item in Firefox. Seems like a question for Microsoft.
