How do I configure my signature line to be above replies/forwards?

I have previously had my mail clients place my signature directly after my message and before any replies or forwarded message content, however, I can't seem to find such an option in Thunderbird. :/

I think having a load of my signatures all grouped together at the end of an e-mail thread, several paragraphs away from my actual response/message rather ugly and almost completely pointless.

Anyone else missing this option? I think it would be advantageous to allow users easy access to all their configuration options.

Many thanks for any help.

The setting (for each account) is in the Composition & Addressing section of Tools/Account Settings (see picture).
