After updating to 109.0 Firefox won't open on primary monitor. I have moved it, closed it, but it restarts back on secondary monitor. After I move it to primary monitor, if I open another browser window it opens on the primary. I have renamed the xulstore.json file(so it creates a new one) but that did not help. It was working fine before the 109.0 update. I also have chrome installed and it works fine the way it should, so I'm thinking it is a Firefox 109.0 problem.

Open Firefox (make sure it's just 1 window) and move it to the screen you want. While holding the ctrl key, click the X to close Firefox. When Firefox starts again, it should be on the last screen where it was closed.

Try to rename/remove xulstore.json in the Firefox profile folder with Firefox closed.

You can use the button on the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page (Root directory).

I've already tried the rename/remove xulstore.json file, did not help. Holding the ctrl key while closing did not help either.
