After working aout 2 hours firefox starts unable to connect for all websites

My firefox works normally for about 2-3 hours and then it starts unable to connect to all the running websites. The websites which were running when tried for browsing other topices, then mozilla firefox says there is problem unable to connect.

Are you using the ZoneAlarm firewall?
