You can close a tab with CTRL+W If you have multiple tabs open, hold down CTRL while you hit "W" as many times as you wish. You can return to your homepage either by right clicking the Back button and selecting it from the menu, or if the list is too long, click the ''History ''button or hit CTRL+H and you'll find it in the list. Change the ''View ''to "Last Visited". If you can't see the History button, click View | Toolbars | Customize. A panel will appear and you should be able to see the History button in there. It looks like a clock. Drag that button on to the toolbar. You can place it anywhere you like.
