Is it possible to change the color of the glow of an App Tab? If so, how and what colors can I change it to? (I use Aero colored Purple, so the blue glow is not that noticable)

I use Aero Peak on Windows 7, and the shade is a Darkish clear Purple and I would like to change the glow of the App Tab Change notification (especially for gmail) into say, green, red, or something else so that it is far more noticable. The shade of blue that glows is quite similar to the purple and since all aero is purple, it's rather easy for it to go unnoticed. If changing the color is not possible, will you please make it possible so that I can use the App Tab feature to it's full potential?
