-> Tap ALT key or press F10 to show the Menu Bar

-> Tools Menu -> Clear Recent History -> Time range to clear: select EVERYTHING -> click Details (small arrow) button -> place Checkmarks on Cookies, Cache -> click Clear Now

-> Tools Menu -> Options -> Advanced -> Network -> Offline Storage section: click Clear Now

-> Click OK on Options window

Check and tell if its working.

Hello and thanks for your help...one problem i can do step one, but i cannot see the 'options' in my menu bar for 'tools'. I hope that I am looking in the right place and that being in my menu bar ....file,edit,view,history,bookmarks, tools, etc.

Looking in 'tools' options is not offered.

Have I made sense
