On the right of the adressbox I have always Yahoo insteed of Google, how can I fix that, I have already delete Yahoo from the list in the searchbox, but everytime I start firefox Yahoo is back again.Thanks Ron ter Mijtelen Amsterdam.

Hi Ron,

Have you looked at the Knowledge Base article Search bar - add, change and manage search engines on Firefox? There is a lot of good information in there. Do you happen to have a Yahoo! Toolbar installed? You should disable or remove that as well if you do. Try starting Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down shift while Firefox starts. If you don't have any issues in Safe Mode, it's a add-on or extension issue.

Hi Ron,

Toolbar installed? You should disable or remove that as well if you do. Try starting Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down shift while Firefox starts. If you don't have any issues in Safe Mode, it's a add-on or extension issue.
