How to get Awesome bar with Mac

I have a new Mac Mini. No awesome/location bar is displayed. How can I get this?

You should try going to View > Toolbars and enable the Location bar and the Bookmarks toolbar.

Thank you! I knew the solution had to be simple (and thought I had tried this, but obviously not). You have restored my sanity!
