When I am using Firefox as my browser, I am unable to open the documents provided by certain government websites. These include RACER/PACER docs from Fed Ct

I can open these documents in IE with no problem, but when I download the doc with FF, I cannot open it

Can you please provide one of these documents for testing? If there's a confidentiality issue, is there a different document at a non-government location I can use?
