Lately when i upgraded my real player using HBOGO on its website doesnt work.

The problem is the realplayer browser record plugin 15.0.4 in my firefox( wither 12 or when i updated to 13). When this plugin is enabled, the HBOGO page doesnt come up correctly. I cannot sign in or do anything.

That real browser record plugin is a requirement for me. I love using it to save video clips.

I dont want to have to disable the plugin everytime i want to use HBOGO.

I tried to install a fresh copy of firefox.I also tried creating a new profile on firefox, neither helps.

Firefox in safe mode works with HBOGO ( but its just disables all the plugins and makes firefox uncustomized without my bookmarks)

when i use HBOGO with Internet Explorers while enabling its "real browser record plugin 15.0.4" , This works as well. Apparently its a bug with the Firefox's real browser record plugin ONLY.

HBO and REAL are major companies. I would assume im not the only one with this problems.

Is anyone else experiencing problems with this?

Does anyone know of a fix for getting realplayer browser record plugin to stay enabled( and functional),While allowing someone to goto the HBOGO website and use it?

Any help would be appreciated.

hello, the realplayer browser record plugin is reportedly causing problems for many users presently - there's probably no other option than to keep it disabled in firefox > addons > plugins at the moment & only reenable it on demand. you could also contact the support of real and describe the issue and/or ask for a update...

Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox

there's another issue that needs your attention: according to the system details that you have submitted, you're still using firefox 7 which is outdated & affected by dozens of security vulnerabilities, many of them highly critical. please update firefox as soon as possible to version 13 & perform a check of your other plugins.
