Our customers are having to use IE, which is not an option at some sites or roll Reader back to 9.4.5 to view our product. This issue started happening on 1/8/13.

Originally installed on Win7

IE 8, FF11, Acrobat 9.4.5 – Windows updates turned off since 12/1/12

Disable Adobe plugin in Firefox.

use Firefox Default PDF viewer.

You can disable the Adobe plugin and the PDF will open in another window. This is not solution for our customers who open an average of 20 catalogs a day. You are also asking thousands of users have their IT reset their browsers.

We use Adobe DRM to protect our product, so the user needs to use Acrobat or Reader to open the catalogs.
