When you save a bookmark, the block that shows at the upper right corner of the screen is very small. If you hit "choose" to place a bookmark in a folder, all you can see are six lines, which can make it very cumbersome to locate the area you want to place a bookmark. It makes it hard to keep bookmarks properly organized.

While I know you can go to the bookmarks tabs and then choose 'organize', it would be much more beneficial to be able to easily place the bookmarks in the correct folder right from the start, instead of having to go the extra route of organizing them after the fact.

Is there a way to expand the bookmarks save block so that you can more easily see the various locations? For example, I have bookmarks that are specifically for news, education, science, humor, etc. Trying to scroll up and down the list in that tiny block is, quite frankly, a pain in the neck. I would like to expand that save block to extend all the way to the bottom of the display so that I can see the various categories I have for organizing bookmarks.

Thank you

Not a standard feature in Firefox, but that can be done via an extension.

Look at the 3rd screenshot on that page to see how it works. Right about the "New Folder" button, the lower part of that white area can be dragged down to make that area much larger. Once dragged larger, that setting will hold for the next time you save a new bookmark.
