There seems to be a problem with Firefox 45.0 and Outlook.com. I am running Win 7 32 bit and upgraded to 45.0 and now when in Outlook.com I cannot create, reply or forward any emails. I have backed out to 44.0.2 and Outlook.com works as it should.

Hi Braco552, do you have Firefox set to "Accept third-party cookies: Never"? With that setting, Firefox 45.0 was not able to load some sites completely. This is fixed in Firefox 45.0.1, and users have reported that this solves the problems with Outlook.com.

If you haven't already, can you update to Firefox 45.0.1? You can trigger that using the About Firefox dialog as described in this article: Update Firefox to the latest release.

I renamed my old profile, created a new one and started FF 44.0.2. Updated to 45.0 and tried Outlook.com. Was able to do all functions in Outlook (create, reply and forward emails). So then closed FF, copied all my customizations from old profile to new profile and started FF 45.0. Tried Outlook.com and same issue. Cannot create, reply or forward any emails. So backed out to 44.0.2 since I need all my custom settings and bookmarks.

When you say you copied all customizations, are you including all settings files, cookie data, and all extensions? That's potentially a huge number of things to sort through, but hopefully someone will track it down more specifically.

Yes all data in the profile folder was copied. About 50M. And when backing out to 44.0.2, I went to the Mozilla ftp site and downloaded the exe. Ran the exe and just let it overwrite the current 45.0 install. No need to uninstall 45.0. Here is the link to the ftp site.

Yes absolutely! I did have "Accept third-party cookies: Never" set. And upgraded to 45.0.1 and it does fix the problem. I knew it would just be a matter of time before a fix would come out. Thanks.
