In order for my students to open my streaming videos on my course website, they had to disable protection and then everything was working fine. Now, when we try to open a video, we get the following message "A pluggin is needed to display this context" I have Office 365 that I downloaded for free from my university website, but I encountered some issues with it, and I had to use the "repair" function in the "program" menu of Microsoft a few days ago. Without knowing the video or the site, it may be the case that you need to install Flash.
