Thunderbird stopped connecting to servers.
I am having a peculiar issue with Thunderbird. Since yesterday I cannot connect to servers neither to receive, nor to send or save drafts. It is happening for all three IMAP accounts (two Gmail, one 3rd party), both from home or from work. E-mail accounts work on other devices. So it must be something with this particular PC and Thunderbird installation. It does not work in Windows Safe Mode & Thunderbird Safe Mode either. It did not help uninstalling and reinstalling. I am using version 45.5.0 on Win7. I am seeing the following: The status bar keeps saying <account>: Connecting to <server>... Getting messages does not time out, it will stay in the Connecting... status. Saving a draft says: There was an error saving the message to Drafts. Retry? Error Console says after at startup: Could not read chrome manifest 'file:///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/Mozilla%20Thunderbird/chrome.manifest'.
While creating services from category 'profile-after-change', could not create service for entry 'Sapi Speech Synth', contract ID '@mozilla.org/synthsapi;1'
