It's not spam, it's a notice telling you that you've entered Private Browsing mode. Would you rather NOT have the option to tell a Private Browsing session from a normal one?
Can you provide your troubleshooting data so we can check to see if any important preferences were modified that might have you stuck in permanent Private Browsing mode.
