I have lost my log ins and paswords even though I used the correct log in criteria.
Firefox developer updated and send me a message to log in to my account to sync data.
However, after I logged in and sync completed I needed to log into another account. I noticed the account asking me for my password, which should happen automatically from the stored logins. Going to settings and logins I found all my information disappeared. I did not forgot or changed my password, which is Firefox standard procedure to then destroy logins.
However, I have all the information still on my smart phone!
This is the second incident where my logins were destroyed using sync. I never had a problem otherwise but are now strongly contemplating the authenticity and intend of Mozilla or Firefox for that matter as I cannot get ANY response from Firefox in this regard.

Did you reset the sync password?
Resetting the sync password, or changing its e-mail, will remove all data from the servers.
