Lately, my latest version of Firefox has been crashing on startup at random and quite frequently. The odd thing is that everytime it crashes on startup, the error message that pops up afterwards is from Windows, never from Firefox's crash reporter. Here's the most recent error report that I got, as seen from event viewer:

Faulting application name: firefox.exe, version: 56.0.2.6506, time stamp: 0x59ef803e Faulting module name: unknown, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x00000000 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x761d70a9 Faulting process id: 0xca8 Faulting application start time: 0x01d35142349e39ef Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe Faulting module path: unknown Report Id: 72d99760-bd35-11e7-bd5c-902b34577478

I tried looking it up in other places, and I find it to be a common initialization error. However, the error message that popped out when the crash happened did mention "StackHash" or something as the faulting module, but it is listed as "unknown" in the Event Viewer. Then what is the real culprit behind this error?
