Since 18 December I am not getting any emails and have tried all the helps I can find.
I have stopped getting any emails from comcast since 18 December 2017. I have tried all the helps listed under "Did your ability to receive mail suddenly stop? Was it working before?"
The only thing I cannot figure out how to try is whether my antivirus is stopping mail from coming. I have the same password at my ISP and I can view the mail at the ISP account. I am using Viper as my antivirus. I have opened it up and selected the email under Manage and the only thing I could see to change was the port being used. I now have the port the same on the Account options and on the Viper email. But still no messages.

my personal recommendation is to disable all email scanning. It does little in the way of security and causes a whole host of problems.
You might also want to check the firewall see On the toolbar > Tools
