i have 57 and 56 showing up on my computer. 57 seems rather slow. should i uninstall 56?
in my list of progs both 57 x64 and 56 x86 show up. do I need both? when running 57 I get a message 'um 57 seems rather slow' on the screen without explanation!
I run w7 on 64

You can have as many Firefox programs on the computer as you want. As long as each is stored in its own folder.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
