How do I add all of my Yahoo disposable addresses to Thunderbird?
I almost never use my main Yahoo address. I have a disposable address for almost every entity, about 300.
In Yahoo itself you just choose which one to send from, or if replying, that receiving address is used for the reply.
Can I do this in TB?

I think you can add them as identities. In Thunderbird's settings for your primary yahoo account, look for Manage Identities.
You can see it down at the bottom of this account settings page.
