When i search in Thunderbird, the result is a thread view Even when I sort by date, for example (newest email 1st), I don't get the most recent message on top. The entire list is shown in thread views and it is cumbersome to find the latest message For example, let's say i have 3 threads with the user john@doe.com, each thread with say, 4 messages in them. When i search for john@doe.com, the 3 threads show up, with all the messages. But if the 2nd thread has the most recent message, even when i use the sort by date feature, it may not be on top. How do get rid of this thread based view in search results? Thanks
