How to Import Contacts in thunderbird

it seems mbox file not store contacts and caendars, can anyone provide me steps so I can completely migrate my account

For the contacts, export them as vCards:

then merge them into a single vcf file and import to TB:

Export the calendar to an .ics file and import the file to TB (Events & Tasks/Import...).
