I am the church secretary and as such, I upload the Church Bulletin and Announcements to our church website once a week.

I upload the bulletin and announcements, save the changes on the church website and log off.

When I log back in to the church website using Firefox, it does not show the information that was changed and sends me to the portion of the website page that I was on when I uploaded the Bulletin and Announcements.

To verify that the uploads were successful, I must use Chrome or Edge to verify that the new uploads are properly displayed on the Church website. The uploads that I did on our church website are displayed properly on Chrome and Edge but not of Firefox

I have even run CC Cleaner and rebooted my computer and Firefox still will not display my changes. I can go to the other computer in my home, open Firefox and go to our church website and the changes that I made are there.

What steps can I take, using the computer that I used to upload the info to the church website, to verify that the the documents that I uploaded are there?

Hi,

Try Refreshing your Browser:-

  • To do this, click the menu button at the top right corner of the Firefox window.
  • Click the “Help” option near the bottom of the menu.
  • Click the “Troubleshooting Information” option in the Help menu.
  • Click the “Refresh Firefox” button at the top right corner of the Troubleshooting Information page.
  • You’ll be warned that this will remove your browser add-ons, reset your customizations, and revert other browser data to the default settings. Click “Refresh Firefox” to confirm you want to make these changes.

That is a lot of effort required to fix a known problem on Firefox. I can't be the only user in the world with this issue. Wouldn't it make more sense for Firefox to fix the issue?

You also can possibly use "Clear history when Firefox closes" to clear the disk cache, especially if you leave tabs open and let Session Restore restore the tabs.
