My Windows XP user profile was damaged (ntuser.dat corrupted), and I now have a new profile. I created a new Firefox 3.6 profile for my new Windows profile, and then transferred the contents of my old profile to my new profile. Everything worked fine -- bookmarks, preferences, etc. with the exception of my master password. I still remember my master password, but Firefox won't accept it. Any solution to this aside from resetting the master password and starting from scratch?
