Will loading pages as "Basic HTML" load faster? Pages take 30 - 60 seconds, downloads OK at 1 MB a minute. Some sites, e.g. Yahoo Mail, have a button to load faster as Basic HTML. Can other sites load as Basic HTML? So: Can I set Firefox to automatically load as Basic HTML if that site can be?
(Firefox 3.6.15, Windows XP, 2MB RAM, ISP is Hughes satellite in Virginia, USA.)
