Can you throttle upload speed in Firefox 4?
My ISP interrupts my connection if my upload speed is too high, so up until Firefox 3.6 I used Firefox Throttle to limit my upload speed to sites like Youtube to make sure I could complete the upload.
Is there any in-house way to throttle Firefox's upload speed without having to go through the OS?

I detail, how you can go about making a run a totally independent instance of Firefox 3.6.x (which can use the defunct Firefox Throttle addon on to do your big downloads) at the same time as your newer version of Firefox which you could use for regular browsing.
