I have asked for help before with this problem and from Google it appears not to be uncommon. I cannot access my incoming emails. There is a statement that I have undefined emails, whatever that means, but no amount of clicking will open the inbox. My notebook has and earlier Firefox and still allows me to retrieve emails as does my phone. It appears the fault lies with the latest modification which is a shame as Firefox is a great system.

I too have the same problem after I upgraded to Firefox 5 today. I have a Tiscali webmail account, it lets me sign in but a message is displayed that I have "undefined e-mails". I closed down Firefox and opened Internet Explorer. This allowed me to sign in and access my e-mails without any problems. Had to smile to myself as Firefox required my e-mail address to register and verify my new account so I could place a post or reply to other peoples posts etc. As previously mentioned I can only access these via Internet Explorer!

Exactly my experiencee ....it all went wrong after I downloaded Firefox 5, although previously I couldn't open my Hotmail e-mails either. I can do both via IE.

I also have this problem. I contacted talktalk/tiscali and they said it would be a browser problem. I don't want to have to go through IE so Firefox a solution would be rather nice.

Have exactly the same problem with being unable to open my Tiscali emails - getting the "undefined" messsage. Problem only started when I downloaded the new Firefox upgrade. Seeing as there's a number of us having this dilemma - (and no doubt more who simply haven't got round to complaining about it as yet!) - would be nice if Firefox could at least acknowledge, and hopefully provide a solution! Many thanks.

Same problem since loading new version. Any solutions out there please for an elderly not very pc person who does not like internet explorer and previously has found Mozilla easier to navigate.

Yes, I have had the same issue, unable to access my Inbox webmail with Tiscali TalkTalk provider since upgrading to Firefox 5.0..! It is a shame that this has happened since the upgrade as I am a great fan of Firefox browser and had left IE some while ago. Is it possible to revert back to the previous version of the Firefox until this issue is resolved..? Do I have to uninstall Firefox altogether and install 4.x..?
