It appears that meta stream3 plug-in is part of the Viewpoint Media Player. That add-on has been disabled by Firefox due to it causing a high volume of crashes in Firefox. See https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/blocked/ and https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/blocked/p32
You should be able to remove the Viewpoint Media Player on Windows Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.
