Hi guys ... I have a problem with my firefox browser & I hope that you can help me. It`s >>> http://ar.hao123.com/?tn=hp_hp_8353_hao123_ar Suddenly I found this page always appear when I start my firefox although I set the google as my home page, recently I found that when I go search on google some of the websites are somehow prevented from opening with unknown error although thay are open on the Internet Explorer browser. So I hope that you find me a way to get rid of this page. Many Thanx

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

It is possible that there is a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.
Delete the sessionstore.js file and possible sessionstore-##.js files with a number and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.

Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note or bookmark them).
