Hi imanshahmiri, Sorry you are having problems. <br />Your other device should already be synced ! The service not intended to be used as a backup server, it is intended to enable you so synchronise another device. You may then consider to some extent that the other device is a backup. If you have recorded your recovery key, and presumably know the email address and password used then you may still sync. From the system info aside you appear to be using Firefox at present.
