I can't use the forum because I don't know what's the color of the animal in the Firefox logo!!
Hi. I am from Chile, I want to help and need to open a topic in the spanish forum, but I CAN'T send the question because I don't know the right answer for the verification question, which says "What color is the animal in the Firefox logo".
This is irritating because many of us have different names for that same color! So I feel frustrated that I can't post my question.
You really need to fix that.
The ONLY thing I wanted to ask in the forum was if I can translate OR put subtitles in a video of Persona (an official Mozilla video), so many more people can understand the video. Can I do it or do I have to ask for a special permission?
I've lost about half an hour just because of that "color of the logo" question....

If you have a problem with registering or signing on to another forum then you need to contact that website. We can do nothing about this.
Do they only have one question available (did you try to reload?) and not use a CAPTCHA image or a spoken text like most other sites do?
I know this is not the right place, cor-el, but I just want to help and it's frustrating that there is no way for me to get in touch with the right people in the right website.
I did reload the page several times, and it's so strange they only have that one single question... so I can't participate :(
