hello, the premise of your question is not accurate. brendan made the personal decision to step down from his role among all this ongoing frenzy and mischaracterization of him as a person and the mozilla community, in order to avert any further damage to mozilla and its [https://www.mozilla.org/mission/ mission to advance the open web] - so his intentions were just the opposite of what you are trying to achieve with a call for boycott. in addition this forum is a place to provide technical support for mozilla products, such kind of discussions don't belong in here, i'm therefore going to close this thread.
