I keep getting a message that Adobe Flash is pout of date and needs updating.however when I check my plug ins. only Flash player shows up and it is uptodate, however it does show that Shockwave Flash is outofdate, if I click on update now, I get taken to the Mozilla update page and it suggests i go to the Plugin check page, this tells me that Shockwave Flash is up todate, how can I stop these annoying messages. I do no wish to allow soemthing that may cause potential harm to my computer
