I recently started using Swagbucks.com and there is a Firefox Extension (add-ons) for the Swag Button. I can install it, but it never works, and won't log me in. Other things in swagbucks do not work, like NOSO offers. How do I get the button to work; swagbucks is not helping?

I contacted swagbucks who do not reply; rather I do not receive tickets based on my submissions. I am very computer literate so of course I have checked all the above is compatible; my system is windows vista my firefox is the newest update as of yesterday 36.0.1 AS I SAID, the wagbutton does not log me on. That is pretty explanatory. I can input my info and click LOGIN but it cycles around and does nothing for a few minutes. It is greyed out. Right clicking brings up the same options as if you right click anything on a firefox bar.
