After last update (39.0) Firefox reloads (refreshes) pages much slower and keeps "blinking".

It's not such a big deal in general, but for one of my sites it is! I have a web page that I need to reload (refresh) very quickly (I'm using ReloadEvery with 1 sec timer), the only thing that changes on that page is a few lines of text.

Here's I marked with Red what changes: http://i.imgur.com/BfZ0Iel.jpg

Before I updated Firefox to version 39.0 everything was fine, this page was refreshed every second, and only this few lines of text was changing with each reload (all other parts of this page was static). But now with each reload, part of this page "blinks" (disappears and then reappears again), and because of that page loads longer then before.

Here's I marked with Red what "blinks": http://i.imgur.com/iwUyMm6.jpg

And this "blinking" and consequent longer reload time completely ruins what I'm doing there. To me it seem like before firefox only reloaded parts of this page that changes, but now it reloads all parts of the page (or just some links/clickables) every time it reloads/refreshes. But I could be wrong...

What could be the problem? Maybe there is some settings in about:config I can change to reverse it to the way it was before?

On a side note, my Internet speed is ~100 Mbps Plus nothing changed except for Firefox update (no new plugins/settings/programs/hardware/etc).
