I like to look at the pictures in features and faces but after 7 pictures the pictures becomes unresponsive and I have to copy the web address then open in explorer to see the rest of the pics.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that helps.

If the above doesn't help, do you want to post the address of the page, assuming no login is required?

As far as I can tell it has something to do with my popup blocker. Starting in safe mode an ad comes pops up where the screen freezes in normal mode. Think I would rather not look at the slide show than deal with popup ads.

Try to go back one image and try again to see if that works.

Can't go either way forward or back.
