When I receive email from senders, I would like to click on that email and see the pictures and message with one click. How can I do that.

You seem to be asking for what is in my experience just normal behaviour in Thunderbird. If I open a message that has embedded pictures or has pictures as attachments, then by and large I see them. There are certain formats such as tiff which may need to be opened in a specialist viewer.

In the main menu, under View, there is a setting to display attachments in line in messages. Is this set in your Thunderbird?
