Firefox for Windows is currently only 32-bit as the earliest Release to maybe have Win64 is for Firefox 42.0 if all goes well.

(32-bit) Firefox 41.0 for Windows at www.mozilla.org/firefox/all as pick the language and download.

Or are you referring to Linux?

Both 32-bit and 64-bit Firefox for Linux can be downloaded at www.mozilla.org/firefox/all

However to use 32-bit Firefox on 64-bit Linux you may need to install some needed 32-bit packages in order to use 32-bit Firefox.
