I assume that you mean the root certificate in the certificate chain that you see if you click the Site Identity Button (globe/padlock) at the left end of the location/address bar as "Verified by xxx". This website shows "Verified by DigiCert Inc". DigiCert and Entrust are companies that sell certificates to a website and you can see them under the Authorities tab in the Certificate Manager as "Builtin Object Token".

Some security software acts as a man in the middle and creates its own certificate and send that to the browser. I don't know if Trusteer Rapport works in the same way and that you would see "Verified by Trusteer (Rapport)" instead of the certificate send by the server.
