There doesn't seem to be a right hand tab.. so when I type an email the text just keeps going right and does not 'wrap'... I end up with one big long line of text instead of a paragraph.

I am sure it is just a setting thing but if anyone could help it would be great

Cheers

TK

I've read that this problem happens mainly when composing emails in plain text format. Does it occur if you compose in HTML? If you prefer plain text then you may need to check or alter some settings. They are accessible via Preferences > Advanced > Config Editor. If you haven't used the config editor before, proceed very carefully: you may wish to post back here for further advice before proceeding. If you're confident you know what you're doing, type 'wrap' in the config editor search bar. Then read this article: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Plain_text_e-mail_-_Thunderbird Para 6.1 of the article is the relevant bit.
