I need to print an E-mail automatically as it come into the inbox with it specific Header or Subject. How do I do this with the filter as there is no option of action to "Print" after the Filter have been matched ? Also can I just print only the body/contents of the e-mail without the Header or Subject or anything else ? Many Thanks!

Install FiltaQuilla to add Print to the available Actions in the filter menu. Printing Tools has the option to omit headers from prints.

Thanks for quick reply sfhowes. I'll give it a go and let you know if it works, but I think the documentation says that the Print setting is reset every time your computer is switched off and back on again.
